DRIVER ORIENTATION
- 2 weeks Driving with the supervisor will be mandatory.
- Implementing a two-week supervised driving period is a commendable safety measure. During this time, drivers can benefit from hands-on training, familiarization with company procedures, and guidance on various aspects of the job. It allows for a smoother transition into the role and enhances overall safety and efficiency. Consider incorporating specific training modules, safety protocols, and performance evaluations during this period to ensure comprehensive learning and adherence to standards.
GAURANTEED MILES
- We guarantee our drivers 2500 miles each week. This guarantees that you will earn at least $1,350 (option 1) or $1,525 (option 2) each week. We'll pay you the difference even if you drive less.
- A mileage guarantee in the context of transportation often refers to ensuring a minimum number of miles for drivers, especially in long-haul trucking.
